Next, the parent(s) or guardian(s) will set up a one hour meeting with the Director of Admissions. This is an opportunity for us to learn more about your child and answer any questions you may have. This meeting is with parent(s)/guardian(s) only.

After this meeting and a review of evaluation materials, the Director of Admissions will provide you with an application form if The Wolf School seems to be a good fit for your child. Parent(s)/guardian(s) must complete the application form and return it to The Wolf School with a $250 nonrefundable application fee. A school visit will be scheduled for your child once the application form and fee have been processed.

This meeting precedes the first full day school visit. While most children visit for two full days, younger children may instead be scheduled for several half day visits. These visits are arranged by the Admissions Assistant and are a critical part of the admissions process. Children will be assigned to a classroom that is the best social and academic fit and will be paired with a Wolf School "buddy" for the day. Visiting students should arrive by 8:00 am and are expected to participate in a full day's activities (the school visit day ends at 3:00 pm, unless otherwise arranged). Classroom teachers will also do some academic assessment with visiting students.

After these visits have been completed, a team meeting will be held with the Director of Admissions, teachers, and speech and occupational therapists to complete the admissions process. Done

These applications are available in the main office at The Wolf School. Decisions about financial aid are made by the Financial Aid Committee beginning in the spring for the following school year. Done
